Due to the sheer volume of this program and time constraints, ONE proof will be provided at a pre- designated time on MARCH 25TH for you to check for typos ONLY. Please be sure to include as much detail in your description as possible when completing your information. Email and phone number must be provided above.
Half-page ads may contain (1) group shot or individual shots of each participant. Quarter-page ads may be made up of only (1) group shot. ONE PHOTO WILL BE ACCEPTED. **PLEASE NOTE these prices are for Production Groups only**
Things to Remember:
Logos, artwork, information, or pictures for your ad can be emailed to program@brenhammaifest.com or submitted on the Program web page.
JPEGs, PDFs, EPS, or TIFF images in high resolution will be accepted.
Publisher files are not accepted.
If you do a sample layout in Word, please understand we must have the individual picture/JPEG file (NOT in Word) and the copy as separate files.
